Summary of the Position: As an RN with Scripted Healthcare System, you will work directly with Consumers and patients who are on Missouri Medicaid and have been approved by the State of Missouri to receive paid assistance for daily living activities so they can remain in their home. You will provide a limited number of services, such as medication set-up and management, diabetic nail care, skin condition monitoring, and other specific tasks as needed, with the possibility of the position growing over time. THESE SERVICES WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE CONSUMER'S HOME.

Compensation: $40 per visit/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perfect for an RN looking for part-time additional income.
  • Currently there are only 4-5 visits per week available, with the possibility of the position growing as the organization expands.
• Maintain regular visits with patients in accordance with the care plan
• Maintain records of visits with date, time, and what was completed, with appropriate signatures from the nurse and patient to confirm.
• May be needed PRN for some clerical/assessment duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be a Registered Nurse that is licensed through the State of Missouri. Some experience with diabetic nail care is preferred but not required. The applicant must also:

• Pass a background check through the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR)and the Missouri Employee Disqualification List.
• Be eligible to work through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify system.
