Our Food Services Team at Green is a vibrant team and is dedicated to serving the community with the highest quality of patient care experience. Located in the beautiful Torrey Pines area, we are one of the busiest cafes through serving our patients, staff, and patient's families.
Our Cook team coordinates, preps a volume production of meals for patients, cafeteria, catering/special events. Performs job functions to support the following Food Service operational systems; safe food handling, volume food production, menu development and modification, meal assembly and portion control, inventory management and infection control/sanitation. Follows established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food and safety regulatory requirements.
This is a Full-time position located in the Torrey Pines area at our Scripps Green campus, must be available to work varied shifts including 12:00pm-8:30pm and varied days including Sundays.
