Scout’s Coffee Bar Mercantile is a family-owned coffee shop in charming downtown High Bridge. We serve a very small, but a very loyal community. Our customers are amazing and we are looking to hire a couple more people to our small team. Applicants must be able to work weekends and mid-day shifts. 3 shift minimum per week.

Applicants must exhibit:

• clean and friendly presentation
• organized
• interest in specialty coffee and tea
• interest in local food
• interest in light baking
• ability to lift 20 lbs
• highly effective communication
• ability to multi-task

We are looking to hire shift leads for the right person, in addition to baristas. Coffee experience is not necessary, however experience in customer service is.

We are looking to hire immediately.
