Our fast paced environment requires the ability to multi task easily and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• handling phones & greeting clients and pets
• scheduling appointments on our Avimark software system
• check-out clients and process payments
• supporting our excellent veterinarians and technical staff by promoting veterinary approved products.
• Working with software: Avimark, AllyDvm, and Vetstoria

Full-time Customer Service representative position candidates will have worked in a veterinary clinic for at least one year previously and enjoys working with the public and is comfortable working and leading a team. Salary is dependent upon experience.
