- Supporting the installed base of medical devices by managing product documentation, testing, and compliance.
- Assisting with product design enhancements to improve serviceability and performance.
- Ensuring continuity of supply by managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in line with design control regulations.
- Driving continuous improvement in service methodologies.
- Maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations for product launches and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3 yrs experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in FDA Design Controls, EU Medical Device Directive, and PCB Design preferred
- Experience with system-level requirements, ultrasound technology, and RF circuitry preferred
- Strong project management skills and experience in field service operations preferred
