What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the installed base of medical devices by managing product documentation, testing, and compliance.
• Assisting with product design enhancements to improve serviceability and performance.
• Ensuring continuity of supply by managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in line with design control regulations.
• Driving continuous improvement in service methodologies.
• Maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations for product launches and upgrades.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3 yrs experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in FDA Design Controls, EU Medical Device Directive, and PCB Design preferred
• Experience with system-level requirements, ultrasound technology, and RF circuitry preferred
• Strong project management skills and experience in field service operations preferred
