Job Title: Extractor
Job Type: Manufacturing
Reports to: Distillate Manufacturer
Salary Range: $16 - $20
Location: Pueblo, CO 81006
Position Objective:
The Extraction Associate is principally responsible for engaging in the full range of operations of the Manufacturing Facility to produce cannabis extracts of hydrocarbon extraction method and subsequent refinement procedures. Our extraction department is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail. As an extractor, the work performed by the employee shall be under the general supervision of the Distillate Manufacturer.
Essential Functions:
Operate all manufacturing systems on-site to include extraction in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsible for ensuring all end of shift and end of run paperwork is completed and accurate
Accurately complete all OEE sampling and paperwork
Take instructions and follow directions as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
The capability to effectively communicate with management and co-workers on a professional basis
Observe and maintain the highest standards of 5S while performing routine tasks to operate, clean, and maintain on-site extraction and manufacturing equipment daily
Assist with and learn to perform preventative maintenance for all equipment and building systems (heating and cooling systems, extractors)
Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as required
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly routine equipment cleaning
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure all items are appropriately recorded in METRC and on the product itself at the end of each shift
The ability to critically solve problems and complete repairs with minimal impact to processing
Work effectively with other team members and integrating with the company culture
Follow all safety practices and address safety concerns with team members
Strong attention to detail and maintain overall quality of the materials through production process
A positive and professional attitude and a consistent work ethic; must be self-motivated and work well alone as well as on a team.
Ability to remain flexible to changes in responsibilities and scheduling
Ability to obtain Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge

Education and Experience Required:
Must be at least 21 years of
age
High School Diploma or GED
Must possess, at his/her own expense, an unexpired MED Industry Employee badge prior to employment and
at all times thereafter as an employee of the company.
Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods at a time
Must be able to lift a 50-pound load and carry it for 50 feet repeatedly

Proven ability to work with little to no supervision and be able to follow directions precisely
Must be mechanically inclined with an aptitude for operating complex machinery.
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
Flexible schedule to possibly include mornings, evenings, and weekends
This position is held within a highly compliant and secured manufacturing facility
Willing to perform additional duties as necessary to maintain a compliant, clean, safe, and inviting environment for our team members and customers supporting all licensed activities is required
Schedule will Vary Depending on the needs of the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included.)
