SchoolStatus is Hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Near Hattiesburg, MS

Sales Operations AnalystSchoolStatus is the district-wide communication tool that integrates key student data in order
to increase communication among educators, district administrators and student families. The
solution aggregates and distills individual student data, such as state assessments, attendance,
and grades in an easy-to-visualize format and provides direct communication tools to connect
with student families via call, text, and email.
Role:
SchoolStatus is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their growing organization. This
role will report directly to Head of Sales Operations and Enablement and will serve as a
collaborative thought-partner on strategy, planning and analytics with the sales organization.
• Reporting Ownership – Own the metrics and reporting across the sales organization and
be able to pull data points and analyses together to provide strategic recommendations
• Strategic Planning –Partner with the sales team to analyze current and past trends in
key performance indicators including sales team performance, pipeline conversion, cost
of customer acquisition and lifetime value of customers. Be able to report to leaders on
results, forecasts, and trends with insights and analysis
• Sales Processes– Develop, document, and maintain sales operations processes and
workflows including team capacity, quotas, commissions, territory alignment, and deal
cycle analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3 years of experience
• A highly motivated individual, flexibility toward change, and creative "can do" approach 
• Highly analytical with excellent ability to absorb, process and leverage data
• Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and
visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
• Experience building and dashboards (applying formulas and conditional formatting, etc.)
in Salesforce
• SaaS experience within an organization with multiple product offerings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in the education space
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics and Tableau
