The main purpose of the role is to understand the objectives of what leaders, managers, and teams need to achieve, and how quality human resources solutions can be applied to advance those objectives through talent. The ideal partner has the ability to work with managers to discover how to maximize the unique talent of each team member, and to work with People and Culture to design solutions that facilitate organizational performance and success.
