Description
Account Manager/Client Care Specialist is responsible for account management, including client retention, enhancement sales, new contract sales, business development, production layout, and overview. This position will also ensure total client satisfaction while assisting the production department to produce jobs using horticulturally correct and time productive methods. This position will have winter responsibilities with our snow operations team. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s mission, vision, and values.
As an Account Manager/Client Care Specialist at Schill Grounds Management, you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

WORK CONDITIONS
Expected hours during the landscape season requiring flexibility to work between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, including Saturdays to sell landscape services. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with record acceptable to meet fleet insurance requirements
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with landscape maintenance
CLP or CLT Certification, preferred
Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM systems
