Schaubert Enterprises LLC is Hiring an Office Manager/Bookkeeper Near Jefferson, OH

Office Manager ~ Book Keeper ~ Executive Assistant

These are all titles that this position could have.

We are looking for the right person to join our team.

This role will be for approx. 8 to 10 hours per week to start out.

We have three businesses that are all ran out of one office and that number is continuing to grow. We need someone that is able to grow with the business.

We are looking for someone that is able to give a few hours each day in order to be available when other offices that we need to communicate with are open.

This pay for this role is negotiable and will be based off of experience and growth potential.

Responsibilities for this role will be as follows:

  • Managing three sets of books through QuickBooks online.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls while in office.
  • File all documents.
  • Fill out all applications and documents needed for further growth.
  • Attend community meetings in representation when owners are not able to attend.
  • Assist with community involvement.
  • Assist with other business functions.
  • Assisting with growth measures to help build our team.
  • Hiring of future office personnel
  • Others items as requested by leadership.

Pay: From $12,345.00 per year

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
