Your challenge:
As an Operations and Production Manager, you will be supervising our internal MRI coil repair team while collaborating with the manufacturing department. Your primary role will be customer satisfaction through timely repair turnaround times, quality of work performed, and accurate completion of work orders. Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
· Achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives· Communicate business needs, schedule changes, and problems to the facility manager· Supervision of workforce, workflow, scheduling, and process adherence· Ensuring safety procedures and processes occur· Ensuring production documentation is accurate and complete· Participating in continuous training of labor force· Develop high level knowledge of repair and production procedures· Organizing and analyzing data of repair production· Review daily work orders to ensure accurate customer invoicing

- Relative experience in daily production and throughput tracking
- Experience in team-based management environments
- Proactive problem solving and decision making skills
- Receiving and shipping experience preferred
