The SBS Group of Companies is seeking an enthusiastic, early career Junior .Net Developer ready to gain experience with our small, remote, development team. This is an entry level position offering $65k-$75k per year.
You would participate in the following:
- Maintain and enhance existing applications
- Design, code, and test enhancements to web based applications using web services, MVC, and Visual Studio.NET
- Assist development team on projects for new and existing tools, based on analysis and understanding of business, creatively meeting customer needs
- Database maintenance and automated processes
- Team player willing to teach and learn; interdepartmental cross training
The ideal candidate has experience in the following:
- C#
- .NET
- MVC
- SQL
- JSON
- XML
- jQuery
This position prefers:
- Degree in Computer Science or IS related field or related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Mobile App Development (Xamarin)
- Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Masterful communication skills, both oral and written
- Background in Logistics and/or Transportation industry
- Web services
