Senior Program Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual looking to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard-working, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced government contractor environment and is someone who has a positive energetic attitude. The position location is Metro DC area. Remote candidates may be considered based on their experience level.Overview

Patient Centered Learning Project

Providing assistance with administrative support; facilitating meetings for assigned workstreams, sub-groups as needed to keep project on target to achieve milestones by established deadlines; Attending OHT team meetings and meetings with our executive sponsors; Reviewing and updating the project schedule for responsible tasks/items weekly; Reviewing and updating the project dashboard for responsible items weekly.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Seasoned project manager who can drive client and stakeholder engagement
• Support VHA in the analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness;
  • Includes program reviews requiring systematic ways of assessing the quality of current and future VHA programs to determine ways to improve programs. 
  • Includes measuring success, outcomes, and improvement programs.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD to obtain and maintain a Veteran Affairs Public Trust Clearance.
