Our General Managers are responsible for achieving restaurant objectives. They assign, direct and follow up on activities of subordinate employees. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, federal, state and local laws and company business standards, this position must be able to work and communicate effectively with the corporate restaurant management team and the local team members in order to drive sales and profits.
As a Sbarro General Manager with Reddington Partners, you will have full financial, operational, and human resource responsibilities for your restaurant, with outstanding support from your Ohio-based corporate administrative team and Virginia-based multi-unit operational leader.

Qualifications
Work Requirements and Physical Demands
Able to work a variety of schedules in accordance with business needs and customary scheduling requirements
May be required to transfer from one location to another as business needs dictate
Proven ability to effectively manage a busy restaurant while providing fresh, quality food with outstanding customer service in a warm friendly environment
Proven leadership ability to coach, counsel, and communicate with staff while inspiring teams to work towards a common goal
