As Human Resources Manager, this member of our corporate team will lead HR operations for our long-standing Milwaukee brands across our 3 catering divisions and flagship restaurant. Working with our Coordinators, divisional leaders and the ownership team, this HR professional will have one eye on the tactical needs of operating the business and the other looking forward, devising plans to streamline operations and crafting creative plans to serve our team of The Finest hospitalitarians in town. Our HR Manager's daily activities will be driven by the needs of the team, so no two days are the same, but the list below provides of responsibilities and focus areas.
Overall Duties & Expectations:
Functional Tasks:
This leader will earn a starting salary between $70,500-$72,500, depending on experience, and will be eligible to earn quarterly bonuses. This role will also include paid membership in SHRM and Metro Milwaukee SHRM while you're on the team, 50% reimbursement of exam application and registration fees for a passed PHR/SPHR certification or recertification, plus a floating day of PTO if you take and pass the test!
