Position: School Safety OfficerBuilding: Saugus Middle High School ComplexHours: No more than 19.5 hours per week.Expected Coverage Hours: ~4 PM to ~ 8 PM (Monday to Friday) - One day would be 4 PM to 7:30 PMRate of Pay: $20 per hourDuties: This position will require the ability to oversee students and make certain that students are appropriately accessing their intended areas in the SMHS Complex after school hours. They would make sure of the following happen: Students are able to enter the building for scheduled events.Students are in the appropriate areas of the school for their events.Doors and academic hallways are locked and secured.Students are behaving in an appropriate manner for school events. Students are not unattended and are accessing the facilities for scheduled reasons. Notify/call Building/Grounds Manager when/if needed in specific situations.
