The Assistant F&B Manager assists in all areas of F&B needs. This position requires an individual who has a passion for people and delivering an unsurpassed dining experience. This individual must be visible during main dining hours and also engage with the members on a personal level. This position will also be a working position where he or she will serve the members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a passion for food, wine, and the member experience. Bartending experience is vital. They will be expected to succeed in maintaining a culture of learning within an established team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Qualifications
· Must be outgoing and passionate about providing unsurpassed customer service.
· Must have knowledge of service skills in both casual dining and fine dining
· Must have general knowledge of beers, liquor, and wines. Bartending skills are a bonus.
· Possess strong leadership and management skills.
· Display excellent communication skills.
· Ability to recruit, train, retain, and evaluate staff.
· Maintain composure under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

Wages/Salary Range: $32,000 - $40,000/Bonuses
