Assisting the Principal/AdministrationCalendar (Gmail) - Basic information e.g. school year calendar with vacations & holidays; color days, advisory times, regularly scheduled meetings, schedule principals appointmentsDocument Creation, design and modificationOrganizing employment interviews (Applitrack)Office Equipment (Copiers, postage meters etc.)Building Calendar (SchoolDude)Scheduling spaces for out-of-school day activities and after school activities (theater, conference rooms) for staff & students (other staff people also do scheduling)Coordinating building use by SAU & affiliated schools, town groupsContact for outside groups using building & groundsInsurance & nonprofit status records, invoicing when appropriatePublishing weekly report for custodians and Conference Room usageCoordinating event coverage with Theater Coordinator and custodiansMail (sort, some parcel delivery, mail room set up)Postage Meter (supplies, lease payment, trouble-shooting)Copiers Billing Reports, Purchase Orders, Payments, Trouble-shooting, Service calls & follow-up; white & color copy paper orders, supplies (to varying degrees throughout buildings)Assisting in all hiring aspects such as communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews and forming interview committees.3.

This may include individual stakeholder meetings and/or door-to-door outreach.Assist with and respond to inquiries from the public and media, as directedMaintain information on Digital Sign4. Maintain the high standards of professionalism.Demonstrate positive work habits by showing initiative, cooperation, dependability, efficiency, and productivity.Follow the guidelines of confidentiality as established by the school district.Attend and participate in relevant training sessions, meetings, and professional growth activities as requested/required.Perform in a professional manner when interacting with students, parents, faculty, administration, and co-workers.
