SATCO Products, a family owned lighting distributor with offices nation-wide, is looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst. The ideal candidate must have B to B collections experience working for a distributor, collecting from other companies, not consumers or patients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with account reconciliation including chargeback resolution, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience working on an AS400 system and with a vendor portal system is preferred. Distribution experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Make collection calls on past due accounts
• Process credit card payments
• Reconcile customer accounts with attention to discounts, deductions and short payments.
• Work with the customer and sales reps to resolve discrepancies.
• Release or hold pending orders after reviewing accounts
• Month end mailing of statements
• Respond to calls and emails from both customers and coworkers
