Rare occasion Sassy's is looking for a General Manager candidate for the Sassy's on Wedington at 1290 Steamboat Dr.! We, usually, promote from within and that still may be the case, but we wanted to reach out to the world and see if we could find someone outside of the circle.

The original Sassy's Red House opened in 2009 and Sassy's Barbecue and Grille opened in 2016. We are looking to fill the GM position at the newer location. We would like the candidate to have:

Experience in restaurant management for several years

Experience using Aloha POS system

Some experience using HotSchedules

Experience hiring and staffing

Experience and understanding of food cost/labor costs

Some experience in the BBQ business

We would like the person to be willing to train at an hourly rate for 3-6 months to make sure it is the right fit before moving to salary and moving into the position!

Pay: $53,884.72 - $59,979.14 per year
