Responsibilities

The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Job Duty Client Support • Lead contact efforts through completed projects and provide feedback • Drive the annual planning and developing client budgets to maximize revenue • Strategically collaborating with client on project set up • Engaging in strategic story telling by presenting project details back to client • Communicating performance updates to client and internal operations team • Collaboration with client on projects setup and objectives • Assists on developing best practices and insights to deliver on overall performance execution • Consolidating strong relationships with client base by leading senior stakeholders to business opportunities • Proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving issues related to project setup, execution, completion, and billing Field Execution Support • Building and importing project details for field team to execute • Creating and developing communication for project execution support • Creating and developing training tools for field execution to be successful • Communicating project performance progress throughout the duration of the client initiative • Collaborate with RS leads and other field leadership on project issues, feedback and corrective actions • Regularly attend live projects to understand project completion process in order to develop accurate instructions • Collaborating with and training DRT/Syndicated RCSM on project ownership, invoicing, job setup, etc. Analytics & Reporting • Performing analytics to monitor performance utilizing advantage retail technology systems • Developing analytical reports to meet client KPI metrics in order to create future business opportunity and to prove out Advantage ROI • Reporting the financials, executing invoicing, and other administrative duties Other miscellaneous duties as assigned as it relates to the job. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports - May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements - Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Relationship Management with Global Brands 2-4 Years of experience in Relationship Management with Global Brands Skills, Knowledge and Abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people - internally and externally • Knowledge of Advantage Retail Technology • Strong commercial skills • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to take the lead • Confident presenting results • Comfortable approaching people • Strong client service ethic • Fluent in written & oral English; additional languages would be valuable • Proactive and highly self-motivated • Ability to explain complex information in simple terms • Work well in a team setting • Enthusiastic and energetic personality • Understanding of different business practices across various cultures Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66% hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds 33% - 66% of the time. Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor or other manager related to the position/department.
