Sares Regis Group of Northern California, based in Sacramento, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on rental and for-sale residential communities and commercial development projects. Together with its affiliate in Newport Beach, the Company manages over 25,000 rental apartment homes in the Western United States.
PROJECT COORDINATOR- SACRAMENTO, CA
Coordinates development activities and assists Division President in all phases of projects including city permitting, contractor bidding, project marketing and sale transaction monitoring.
Meet with city officials as required and coordinate processing of permits and plans.
If required, review, correspondence and contracts to including bid requests, award letters, contracts, submittal requests, change orders and other correspondence.
Works with the Project Coordinator on budgeting and forecasting and maintaining smooth invoice processing.
Visits sites as required and coordinates with independent contractor supervising any construction activities.
PAY: $35.00/hour DOE and includes medical, dental, life, AD&D, and LTD insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits.
