Sarepta Therapeutics is Hiring a Manager, Field Operations Near Cambridge, MA
The successful candidate will be a strategic partner for all Customer Org field teams (commercial & medical) to ensure necessary business processes & technology are designed and executed in support of organizational goals and priorities. A strong aptitude for processes and systems, along with excellent interpersonal skills, are essential in this dynamic role. The ability to balance competing priorities and to communicate effectively is critical to success in this role. Primary Responsibilities Include: Systems Change Management, Administration and Strategy (50%) Independently operate in CRM and partner with Commercial IT for maintenance and enhancements Provide field-level support to update affiliations, record types, monitor DCRs, understand how complex datasets can be used to provide field teams next best actions Build, Leverage, and Enhance CRM to operationalize and pull through broader field/organization strategy Utilize other technology to operationalize other processes that do not fit within CRM (i.e. Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint) Field Training on Systems and Process (25%) Work with training partners to develop training workshops and materials to roll out new technology and initiatives Build, maintain, and update operational resources for field teams Territory Planning & Field Deployment, account alignment management (25%) Work with field team leaders to design and update “zip to territory” (zipterr) for field teams and provide scenario analysis leveraging internal and external datasets. Desired Education and Skills: Minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience in commercial roles with rare drug experience preferred BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer science or other similar discipline, Continuous learning mentality preferred PC literacy required: Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM Systems (Veeva), Territory Alignment software (Alignmix or other similar software) is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix environment, and aptitude in establishing and maintaining relationships across the organization. Working knowledge and hands-on experience in commercial processes, training, and deployment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving orientation; ability to work independently Results-oriented, self-organized, proven track record Superior organizational skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
