Overview
Saratoga Medical is currently looking for an immediate MRI Technician for the San Antonio Medical Military Center (SAMMC) located in San Antonio, TX to work a full-time work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receives and reviews requests from physicians and other health care providers for MRI exams of patients
- Determines the condition(s) at issue and the procedures and equipment necessary to best meet the needs of the individual case
- Positions patients for exam(s)
- Explains procedures and actions to secure maximum cooperation
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years experience and current licenser as an MRI Tech
- Must have MRI experience and have American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Must have their Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
