Sarasota Bay Club is seeking a highly motivated Full Time Groundskeeper/ Pool Tech to join our team! You will be working in a beautiful luxury retirement community, located directly on Sarasota Bay.

The Groundskeeper performs duties that care for the grounds, pool and landscaping on the campus of Sarasota Bay Club. Responsible for providing professional and quality service. Engage with residents and “empower every person to celebrate life at its best”. Daily demonstrate our values of attitude, integrity and teamwork.
Required Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. Two years related experience preferred
Required Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Able to perform routine tasks without close supervision and posses good problem-solving skills.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must have pool certification
Drug free and tobacco free environment.
