JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Director coordinates and directs the overall daily operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility. This role includes a heavy focus on residents' needs, government regulations, and Sapphire Health Services policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to and implement operational and administrative policies and procedures
- Oversite of all departments
- The Executive Director will partner with nursing to achieve census expectations
- Assist in the development of the fiscal budget, providing training to department heads as needed
- Grow and establish a passionate team of clinical, office and leadership employees
- Maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and families
- Direct the hiring, training, evaluation of all facility personnel
- Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice.BENEFITS:

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
