Must have active Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License.


JOB SUMMARY: 

The Executive Director coordinates and directs the overall daily operations of our Assisted Living/Memory Care facility. This role includes a heavy focus on residents' needs, government regulations, and Sapphire Health Services policies and procedures.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to and implement operational and administrative policies and procedures
  • Oversite of all departments
  • The Executive Director will partner with nursing to achieve census expectations
  • Assist in the development of the fiscal budget, providing training to department heads as needed
  • Grow and establish a passionate team of clinical, office and leadership employees
  • Maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and families
  • Direct the hiring, training, evaluation of all facility personnel 
  • Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice.
