Sustainability and HRIS systems and salmon, oh my! Lead the optimization of our HRIS platforms to help us deliver delicious seafood in an environmentally friendly way. Can you deliver?
Purpose and Scope
Under general guidance from the VP, Human Resources, incumbent plans, organizes, and manages Human Capital Management systems, (ATS, Onboarding, HRIS) for operations for over 800 employees in 15 locations in 7 U.S. states. Improves the efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS processes and systems. Develops systems solutions for HR processes supporting the employment lifecycle. Designs processes to audit the quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems. Key resource for management in their efforts to make accurate, informed business decisions based on HR data and processes.
Example Accountabilities
Review and analyze information to drive performance, identify trends, and develop/implement functional improvements, escalating issues, and proposes solutions
Lead or support cross-functional project teams to increase efficiency, improve operational performance, and employee satisfaction
Partner with HR team to ensure statutory compliance with federal, state, and local wage/hour and EEO requirements.
Design and implement system processes and workflows to ensure statutory compliance
Analyze and correct workflow errors to correct and prevent recurrence
Engage with outside benefits carriers to scope bidirectional EDI feeds
Desired Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in management information systems and/or Human Resources.
Two or more years’ experience in HRIS. Prefer some experience with Dayforce HRIS, Taleo Business Editions or similar platforms
Functional knowledge of human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Experience delivering and improving HRIS systems to maximize efficiency and deliver quality services.
Experience working, monitoring, and interacting with third-party vendors.
Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, database statistics, statistical research, system study, documentation, and programming.
Annual base salary range $100k to $120k, incentive awards, comprehensive benefits, collegial work environment.
