WHAT DOES YOUR JOB LOOK LIKE This role is responsible for providing the business people-centric guidance, consultation and support on all stages of the employee lifecycle. This position assists employees and managers with Employee Relations, Succession Management, Organizational Design, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. This role works as a conduit between the business and Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition and the People Operations Team on matters ranging from Compliance, Payroll and Benefits to Compensation practices and promotional requests. The People Business Partner proactively communicates, identifies, recommends and implements realistic and appropriate solutions to business challenges involving people and talent processes. This position works closely with management to achieve company, department and individual performance goals by supporting a culture of high performance. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required) 5 years of experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner capacity Ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences Strong decision-making ability and consistently demonstrates sound judgment Ability to position self as credible professional and influence without authority Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion Prioritizes effectively and balances both tactical/transactional and high impact activities Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, LOA and Wage & Hour Ability to manage conflict, deliver constructive feedback while maintaining calm & collected demeanor Maintain as well as model the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism Partners collaboratively and places a premium on team success over individual accomplishments Understands organizational goals and aligns HR initiatives to enable high performance LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
