Work Schedule:

Granada Concession’s Staff work a varied schedule of weekdays and evenings, and weekends hours, solely dictated by the event schedule. Schedules are produced monthly and do not exceed an average of 20 hours/week. All shifts are for 4 hours at minimum.

Granada Concessions Job Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of mixology, including cocktail recipes, drink ingredients, and proper garnishes.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Operate and maintain the bar area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.
• Efficiently handle cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.
• Train and mentor new staff members in bar operations, ensuring consistent service quality.

Skills/Knowledge

• At least 1 year of of Hospitality or Bartending
• Knowledge of basic POS/Credit card terminals
• ABC Alcohol Certification and Food Handlers certificate needed

Working Conditions

• This position requires the ability to work a variable schedule, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
• At times, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Walking for extended periods throughout the theater and or standing for extended periods.
