SANSTONE HEALTH AND REHABILITATION is Hiring a Transportation Aide Near North Wilkesboro, NC
Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full time Transportation aide to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Applicant MUST have current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Transportation Aide responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- transportating residents to and from appointments
- schedule follow up appointments
- communicate needs of the residents in regards to appointments to nurse supervisors
- CNA duties as needed with assisting resident in preparation of appointment
