Grace Heights Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to join our passionate team of healthcare professionals in a 120 bed, newly renovated, skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As an activities assistant you will be required to implement daily activities, encoruage residents to participate, and doccument daily participation.
