Grace Heights Health and Rehab is currently seeking a Business Office Manager(BOM) to join our team! The BOM is responsible to track, manage, and coordinate all aspects of billing for the facility.
Business Office Manager responsbilities include, maintainging the facility accounting system accurately reflecting the facilities accounts receivable; handle billing of various payor sources; collect payments/co-insurances as due; prepare bills/statements; reveiw aging, manage Resident Trust Fund, attend meetings daily, weekly and monthly -care plan meetings, 72 hour meetings, resident discharge meetings and triple check. Interpret and present the facilities accounting policies and procedures to residents, family members, visitors and government agencies as necessary. Review and process adjustments, writeoffs and refunds as appropriate. Work with Interdisciplinary team to ensure FL2 documentions, medicaid applications and Admission Contracts are initiated and completed.
Previous experience in long term care and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurances are preferred.
