WORK DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Fire Alarm Technician who is willing to relocate whenever it is requested to assist the maintenance of fire alarm, fire pumps, and fire sprinkler systems as required by the codes and standards described at National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), this will be only for the annual maintenance of the systems.

POSITION MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Qualified and experienced in accordance with Section 4.3.3. of NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm Code

2. NICET-certified at Level II or higher

3. Possesses management, leadership, and interpersonal skills;

4. Excellent writing and oral communication skills

5. Experience dealing with different styles and levels of management and people with varied backgrounds and education

TRAVEL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

At least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to travel, the vendor shall provide relevant security and travel information to Talon Veteran Services. At a minimum, the information for each vendor personnel shall include the following:

• Full name.

• Date of birth.

• Place of birth.

• Full Social Security number.

• Dates of visit.

• Level of U.S. Government security clearance.

• Flight itinerary.

• Whether meet and assist at the airport is required.
