Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00am -4:00pm | No Evenings - No Weekends

• Oversee treatment and care of young adults seeking treatment for mental health challenges.
• Run 3-hour clinical groups 3 times a week and provide individual therapy for clients in our outpatient programming.
• Oversee treatment plans and progress for designated case load.

Who You Are

You are a licensed mental health professional who has experience working with young adults with mental health disorders. You have the following qualifications and skills:

• Clinical Licensure in Virginia (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) or the ability to transfer your license to Virginia before you start. Provisional Licenses are also accepted.
• Previous experience with mental health treatment preferably in an outpatient or residential setting 
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Strong Documentation Skills.
