We are looking for a Nursing Manager who will be responsible for the 24-hour management of the nursing functions of the Residential and Detox facilities in Dittmer, MO. They will be responsible for providing effective leadership to the nursing staff, for having knowledge of the organization and function of the facility, for directing all therapeutic activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations and for having responsibility for the oversight and management of all medical supplies and medications. They will also be responsible for supervising the nursing staff and CNAs. When necessary, the Nursing Supervisor will step into the role of nurse in order to ensure that all shifts are covered according to standards.
