What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, and leadership skills to join our team as an Academic Dean at our Lancaster Campus.

Are you a natural-born leader who is motivated by the success of the teams you lead? SJVC's Campus Dean position could be a great fit. Under the direct supervision of the the Campus President and technical supervision of the Vice Provost, the Academic Dean is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our educational programs and our campus faculty. You'll also be helping with the development, implementation, and delivery of various services to enrich the SJVC experience for our on-campus students.

Do you qualify? Qualifications for the position:

• Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree with a Master's degree preferred in education or related field.
• 5 years of administrative and leadership experience
