Additional Benefits:
LCER may transfer in up to 10 years of full-time teaching experience from an accredited public or private school

LCER may award 1 Additional Step on the Certificated Salary Schedule for being Bilingual and 2 Additional Steps on the Certificated Salary Schedule for holding a Bilingual Authorization
Requirements / Qualifications
This positions will require the following:
o Applicants must be fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading and writing)
o Full California Multiple Subject teaching credential or equivalent authorizing service in K-12 education in a self-contained classroom
o AND English Learner Authorization (CLAD, ELAM, ELA1)
o Must already hold or be working towards earning a Bilingual Authorized in Spanish (BCLAD/BASP)
