You build trust quickly, enjoy working across multiple functions, and can influence organizational change initiatives. You have years of experience in talent acquisition, a strategic thinker who likes to roll up your sleeves. You have used you analytical skills to inform workforce strategies and planning. You not only have an affection for animals, the idea of working at the intersection of social change and veterinary medicine could be your dream job.

We offer: We take pride in our generous benefits package, which includes PTO and holiday pay, medical, dental & vision insurance with low cost employee contributions, life insurance, long-term disability, tax-deferred retirement plan with matching funds, pre-tax commute expense deductions, free on-site parking, pet bereavement, and generous employee discounts. About San Francisco SPCA

As the fourth oldest humane society in the U.S. and the founders of the No-Kill movement, the SF SPCA has been at the forefront of animal welfare for 150+ years. We are always looking for passionate, animal-loving professionals to join our family. We are a true collaborative community of top-ranked experts, supporting staff and volunteers who come together in our world-class facilities to save lives. We're passionate about making sure homeless animals find loving homes and all animals get the care they deserve. If these animals are injured, sick, or behaviorally challenged, we will do everythi...ng we can to help them. OUR HISTORY IS SAVING ANIMALS In 1868, Banker James Sloan Hutchinson caught sight of two men dragging a terrified hog along the rough cobblestone street in San Francisco. Appalled, Hutchinson stepped in to stop the cruelty and rescue the hog. The incident crystallized Hutchinsons concern over widespread animal abuse, and he soon rallied 15 like-minded citizens to found the San Francisco SPCA. Today we are a mighty presence in the animal welfare community. Our vision is about creating a community where pets can live their best lives. Where animals not only have loving homes, but also access to medical care and the best welfare. We ask ourselves: How can we improve the quality of life for cats and dogsand the people who love them?
