Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator assists the Senior Administrative Manager (SAM) in San Francisco Parks Alliance administration systems and general workflows. This includes, but is not limited to office services, facilities, communications, and promoting efficiency. The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support and customer service for the organization and fiscally sponsored projects.

Title: Administrative Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Administrative Manager
Department: Finance & Administration
Location: This position is approved as a hybrid position both remote and in office. Co-Lab is located at 1074 Folsom Ave. SFPA supports remote work by providing employees with a laptop, cloud-based systems, and frequent team connection.
Preferred Start Date: As soon as we find the right candidate
Schedule: Full-time, exempt (ineligible for overtime), typically 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
This position will be expected in the Co-Lab (1074 Folsom Ave.) at least 2-3 times per week and easily commute to Co-Lab during emergencies.

SF Parks Alliance offers competitive market-based salaries which are commensurate with experience, skills, industry, and organizational budget as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous vacation policy, medical, dental, vision, chiropractic/acupuncture, commuter benefits, a flexible spending account, Basic Life/AD&D insurance, and 401(k) employer contributions. Based on comparable regional non-profit market data this position is benchmarked at an annual equivalent starting salary range of $63,122 -72,004.
