San Francisco Giants is Hiring a Fan Lot Attendant Near San Francisco, CA

About the Team:

The Guest Services event staff team act as hosts to assist Oracle Park guests during any ballpark event. This can include scanning tickets, directing guests to their seats, answering questions, as well as observing, reporting, and supporting the Security and Maintenance event staff teams in a variety of different situations. The primary purpose of this team is to be courteous and helpful at all times while upholding Oracle Park policies and procedures. About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants is looking for a Fan Lot Attendant with Guest Services, where you will have the unique opportunity to be responsible for supervising and upholding the safety guidelines in place for Oracle Park guests to enjoy the Fan Lot attractions. You’ll work closely with several departments within the Giants Ballpark Operations team. You will be expected to be passionate and engaged in providing a positive guest experience at all times at as many ballpark events as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to be friendly and courteous, and be flexible to work in a variety of positions. This role reports to the Event Day Supervisor and the Manager of Guest Services. This position will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Comfortable with technology such as computers, smartphones or tablets, radios, etc.
