Position Description:
The therapist is part of a multidisciplinary team that includes medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, case managers, and peer advocates. The position requires a graduate-level degree and registration with the BBS to collect hours towards licensure or a professional license. This position is responsible for providing therapy services to the agency’s clients who are trying to manage their mental health and substance use. This position will have the abilities to carry a caseload of therapy patients both onsite and virtually. This position will not be limited to, but will have a special focus on providing therapy services to the transgender community, people experiencing homelessness, people living with HIV/AIDS, active and former substance users, and sex workers.
