The JOB:

As the Assistant Director of Banquets, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for the execution and supervision of meeting space banquet functions. The Assistant Director of Banquets works closely with the Director of Banquets, Conference Services Managers, Culinary team and clients to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a highly visible leadership role in which you directly impact the guest's visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 2 years’ experience in Banquets
• Experience in leading large teams
• Strong time management skills and proven demonstration of grace under pressure
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability
