Sameday Health is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to bring their skills and zeal to work each day. This person will champion sourcing and pipelining efforts for high demand roles, spearhead project management and administrative tasks for various recruiting initiatives, and give our candidates the best-in-class “Sameday” experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate to build a modern healthcare system. They will be eager to show up everyday with a can-do attitude, refreshing ideas and outlooks, and push to add value in new and vibrant ways.

This opportunity is a 3 month project with potential to extend into long term, dependent on business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Write creative, engaging job descriptions and post them online
• Source candidates by using databases, social media, and creative methods to build strong pipelines
• Evaluate and screen resumes
• Administer interview scheduling and various assessments with candidates in a timely manner
• Audit Talent Acquisition materials for cohesion across platforms and databases
• Support Director of Talent Acquisition and team on various tasks and related projects

What You’ll Bring

• 1-3 years of proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter
• Positive and vibrant work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
