This position is responsible for ensuring the produced product is manufactured correctly. This position ensures there are no deflects or blemishes on the aluminum and checks the hardware to make sure it is tightened correctly. This position also checks to ensure the correct labels are placed on the final product and in the proper locations. This position accurately documents information pertaining to the produced products including but not limited to serial numbers, dimensions, testing results, job numbers, etc. This position is responsible to work at a pace that continually keeps work moving through the system and ensures the promised ship dates are met. This position must use knowledge of past projects to problem solve issues, assist others in problem solving, and train new employees to be proficient in their respective positions. This position must be able to effectively communicate with employees and supervisors. This position is responsible for ensuring production goals and quality standards are met on a continual basis from one product to the next. This position is responsible for properly adhering to Company policies and complying with required standards for work orders and labor laws within the department on a continual basis from one project to the next and one employee to the next.
