The experienced Project Manager manages key asset development projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients and property management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

The facility is a multi-use building that combines wholesale data center, co-location, Class A office space with direct global connectivity. As a carrier hotel and as home to the most active Internet exchange in the US, One Wilshire supports the efficient operation of today’s global information-based society and is integral to the operations and services provided by other critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.

• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

• Other reasonable activities not named which is required by management/leadership.

Hiring Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similarly recognized certification in project management.

• Proven project management experience of tenant improvement or other real estate capital projects

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with project management software tools

Preferred Requirements:

• Certification in an ITSM framework (ITIL, COBIT, MOF)
