Job description

We are looking for a competent HR Manager to seek talents help the company grow to next stage. You’ll be directly responsible for the hiring, KPI performance tracking and team incentive program.

The ideal candidate will have talents in hiring and experience in team build up and incentive program. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between team orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find good talents and turn them into Saltalk family.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire talent acquisition strategy and process
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
  • Build up compensation structure, including base, bonus, and commission structures.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for all employees, guiding them through career development and interpersonal conversations.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent application of company policies and practices
  • Advise managers on HR-related issues and performance management best practices
  • Lead company-wide communications and events (updates, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as Human Resource Generalist or Manager
  • Payroll Management experience
  • Progressive HR experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of core HR functions, including compensation, benefits & incentives, employment law, career development, employee engagement, and recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong ability to use data to influence decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with compensation software, IT vendors, recruiting software tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related program preferred but not required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in creation and execution

  • Strong critical thinking ability
