We have immediate openings for 3 RN's with hospice experience. The target salary is $28/hr 5-15% depending on the shift you work. This is a ‘get off your feet’ position. We need outgoing, compassionate RN’s to provide nursing advice in advanced illness management and/or hospice care over the phone. We provide training, a professional office area, and a professional team of nurses to support you in our West Valley City facility. Responsibilities of this position include triage to the most appropriate level of care, providing illness and injury advice and self-care intervention, identifying resources, electronic prescription renewal, consulting and referring, taking after-hour hospice calls and performing nurse follow-up activities..
