We have an immediate opening for an RN with hospice experience to utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation of patients to meet their changing needs. You will effectively interact with patients, significant others, and interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing and clinical competency. You will manage all aspects of Home Health & Hospice case planning including compliance with federal/state regulation, evaluation and documentation of patient progress and outcomes. Typical case loads are 10-12 patients. We don't want to rob you of your personal life! In addition, to provide stability to your life, this is a salaried position.
