In this role, you'll be part of a team producing, packaging, and shipping the best fresh salsas ever! Responsibilities
- Fulfill assigned production task/role
- Cross-train to take on added responsibilities
- Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols for produce, containers, finished products, and kitchen/equipment; ensure that all requirements are followed
- Maintain high level of productivity and efficiency
- Minimize product waste/scrap
- Responsible for Quality Control on each production run
- Take full ownership of production output and escalate any concerns; have a ‘can do’ mentality
Skills
- 3 years in a food production environment
- Consistent and reliable; attention to detail
- Maintain high level of hygiene standards
- Food handlers permit required or obtained within 30 days of start date
- Strong PC experience and willingness to leverage new tools
