Salon Service Group is currently accepting applications for an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team!

Salon Service Group, founded over 32 years ago, is the nation's largest privately-owned professional beauty distributor. We have conveniently located, professionally exclusive wholesale stores representing our independently owned, high-end professional portfolio of haircare brands across SSG territories. Our highest priority is to provide our customers with the tools and support that they need for success.

We want YOU to join our team of passionate Customer Care Agents who provide support to our Salon Consultants and Customers around the country!

The main role of our Customer Care Agents is answering inbound phone calls from our Salon Consultants and Customers. You resolve issues, maintain customer accounts, take payments, and enter orders, among other duties.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Previous call center experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Steady work history with longevity to show reliability
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or interest in the salon industry
  • Dedication to customer service
